Tournament - DOUBLES
Rules for DOUBLES
8 pairs play, divided into 2 groups of 4 pairs each.
Competition dates: 25-27 July 2025.
Registration open until: July 23, 2025
The competitions will start at 4:00 PM and will last until each pair plays against each other in the group.
One group will compete on July 25th, and the other group will compete on July 26th at the specified time.
The quarterfinals will be played on July 27th starting at 7:00 AM until all quarterfinal competitions have been played.
The quarterfinals will be played by
1. The first from group A against the fourth from group B
2. The second from group A will play against the third from group B.
3. The third from group A will play against the second from group B.
4. The fourth from group A will play against the first from group B.
The semifinals will be played on July 27th starting at 4:00 PM until the semifinal competitions have been played.
a) The winner under 1 will play against the winner under 3.
b) The winner under 2 will play against the winner under 4.
The finals will be played by the winner under a against the winner under b.
The final is played immediately after the last semi-final match.
The entry fee for participation in the competition is 50.00 euros per person.
Tennis pairs that do not advance to the semi-finals will be awarded 30.00 euros each.
Tennis pairs that do not advance to the final will be awarded 40.00 euros each.
The second-place winners will receive a prize of 60,00 euros each and a medal.
The first-place winners will receive a prize of 80.00 euros each and a trophy.
General rules
The game conditions remain the same: 4 groups of 4 players; each player plays each other.
The game is played until two sets are won.
The set is over when one player wins 4 games.
If the game is 40:40, the player who wins the point first wins the game; there is no advantage.
The server at the score of 40:40 must ask the receiver which side he wants to receive the service on.
If the set is 3:3, the set is won by the player who wins the next game.
If the set is 1:1, a tiebreak is played.
The winner is the pair that first collects 10 points.
There is no advantage of 2 points in a tiebreak.
These rules apply until the final.
Rules for Finals:
It is played first to 6 games in 2 sets.
There is no advantage in games.
If the result is 1:1 in the sets, a tiebreak is played—the first to 10 points without a 2-point difference.
